Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 September 2026. These terms apply when you ask for an audit or sign up for ArgusFlow.
What we do
We build and run the online side of your business: a mobile-first website that doubles as an installable app, your Google Business Profile, review requests to your customers, and work to make your shop findable in search and in AI assistants. Services are modular — you can take one or all of them. You give us instructions over WhatsApp by messaging Argus, our AI assistant, which identifies itself as an AI. Argus drafts the work and a person on our team reviews and approves it before anything is published.
Pilot service
ArgusFlow is currently running a limited pilot. Features, prices and turnaround times may change. If we change the price of a plan you are already on, we will tell you first and you can leave before it applies.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business. We publish what you tell us, and you are responsible for it being true.
- The right to use anything you send us. If you give us photos, logos or text, you confirm they are yours to use or that you have permission.
- Consent from your customers before you ask us to send them review requests.
- That your business is legal where it operates and that you are not asking us to publish anything misleading, obscene, or infringing.
Reviews
We send Google review links to every customer on the list you give us. We will not write reviews, buy reviews, or screen out customers who might leave a poor rating. That behaviour breaks Google's policies and gets shops penalised. If you ask us to do it, we will decline.
Approvals and publishing
Nothing is published to the public internet without human approval on our side. For anything sensitive — a payment, a deletion, or advertising spend — we will send you a confirmation link and act only when you tap it. We do not treat a plain text message as authorisation for those actions.
Google Business Profile
We set up and manage your profile, but Google owns the platform and makes the final decision on verification, suspension and reinstatement. Verification can require a postcard, a phone call or a video call, and its timing is outside our control. We cannot guarantee any particular ranking, placement, or that an AI assistant will mention your shop.
Payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in your region's currency and are billed monthly in advance. During the pilot, payment is arranged manually — we will tell you how. The audit is free and carries no obligation.
Stopping
Tell us on WhatsApp and we stop at the end of your current month. There is no notice period and no exit fee. Your website and your Google Business Profile are yours: we transfer ownership to you and do not take them down as leverage. We do not refund part-months.
What we are not responsible for
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not promise specific business results — more customers, a particular search position, or a mention in any AI assistant. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Not affiliated
ArgusFlow is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Google, Meta or WhatsApp.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArgusFlow is incorporated, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
